We are currently only accepting applications for Journeyworkers and Apprentices with verifiable experience, by appointment only. Please contact our local organizer Chris Crum at chriscrumTPT@gmail.com to set up an appointment.

Apprenticeship Requirements

  1. 18 years of age or older

  2. Must have valid drivers license

  3. Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D. 

  4. Must provide an official copy of your transcripts

  5. DD-214 where applicapable

  6. $20 for apprentice selection process assessments( cash, check or money order )

  7. Able to pass a 10 – panel drug screen (upon contractor assignment)

  8. Must Provide 3 reference letters or use the form provided below (You cannot use a relative as a reference).

Please be advised that this survey does not constitute a formal application. The information provided will be used solely for contact purposes regarding assessment dates and registration.

Official applications will be completed on the day of your assessment, following the successful completion of the assessment section.

Application Step by Step

  • Submit applicant information survey (online)
  • Contact made concerning date and time of assessment session appointment (email, call or mail)
  • Attend and complete the assessments with a satisfactory result (in-person only)
  • Complete the application for apprenticeship ( in person only)
  • Complete the apprenticeship interview (offered online or in-person)
  • Placement In the Pool of Eligibility
  • Contractor assignment (contingent of contractor needs)
  • Start school and be on your way to a great career in the construction trades!!!

Apprenticeship Application Instructions

  • Read all the information before submitting (Minimum requirements are listed above)
  • Read and agree to the consent forms and pipe trades form in the Apprenticeship application 
  • Fill out the Required Fields
  • Upload your reference letters (PDF reference forms above) (You cannot use a relative)
  • Upload a copy of your High-School diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Upload an official copy of your transcripts (May be mailed or emailed from your school system)
  • Upload a copy of your drivers license
  • Upload a copy of your DD214 if you are military 
  • Consent to a 10 panel drug screen
  • Applications are processed in the order they are received and must be complete with all the required documents
